Most people, when facing stressful situations, choose to tackle their problems face on. To really dig in and attack the issues at hand and work them out. The problem with this is that you are generally in a poor state of mind to come to a resolution that actually resolves whatever is bothering you.

There is another option. Instead of doing something, try being something. Being happy. Being at ease. Being courageous.

Being can be actively turning off your mind. Choosing to calm your thoughts and focus on your breath. Do nothing and meditate.

The choice is being versus doing. If you choose being, you can guarantee happiness. Doing comes with no such guarantee.
